In order to provide the customer with the best service and support, you must agree to the following terms and conditions:
Plan
ATD will provide the client with full tech support and onsite service. If onsite service is required, the customer must contact the ATD Distribution Inc. at (704) 405- 2800 and we will arrange a convenient time with the customer to complete the system repair. We will send a certified technician within the 24 hours period.
Hours of Operation
Our office hours are from 9:00-6:00 Monday to Friday and you must contact us within the office hour. Note: We don’t provide onsite service on Saturday and Sunday unless it is really an emergency situation and the rates will vary.
Warranty Jobs
The machine purchased from ATD comes with 1 year part and 3 years labor warranty. But labor warranty is not covered under onsite service. If the part is defective, we will replace the part without charging the customer but customer must pay for the labor.
Non-warranty Jobs
We will provide service for products that were not manufactured by ATD. The customer must pay for the replacement of defective part and labor, if customer decided to purchase the part from ATD.
Agreement
We will take care of any problems related to computer hardware and network. This includes installing hardware, installing software drivers, installing operation system, setting up network, and troubleshooting the problem.
Service Rates
The normal service rate for onsite is $60 an hour and it starts from the time technician leaves our facility to the time he/she gets back to our facility.
Parts Availability
Because of the rapid development of technology in the computer industry, or for other reasons, a particular part may not be available. In such an event, ATD will make reasonable effort to locate a compatible replacement part from other sources. If ATD cannot locate a compatible replacement part, then, if possible, ATD will offer to upgrade Customer’s system to the lease expensive configuration that can be serviced. If customer elects to accept the offer to upgrade, then customer shall pay ATD for the cost of the upgrade.
