Shipping
Information:
We ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) ground service, and Second
Day Air Only. International Order is not currently accepted. All orders
received before 2:00 pm Eastern time will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 pm will be shipped the next business day. |

Warranty
Information:
All computer peripherals are covered by ONE (1) year replacement warranty
if deemed defective. OEM Processors and Memory are covered for 30
days after the invoice date. Retail box and other products such as
Monitor, Hard Drives, Printer, Motherboards, Video Cards which are
carrying an extended manufactures warranty are covered by ATD in house
replacement warranty for first (30) thirty days only from the invoice
date. After 30 days, The customer is entitled to the manufacturer's
warranty and we make no additional or independent warranty. However,
ATD may assist customers if they need. In this case, handling charge
maybe applied. This warranty does not cover goods damaged because
of misuse, neglect, shipping, improper installation, or goods subjected
to unusual physical or electrical stress, or goods with broken warranty
seals or any item modified or adjusted or repaired by persons other
than Seller's authorized personnel.
Only complete system sold with a preinstalled operation system (i.e.
Windows98, ME, 2000 or XP... ) from ATD come with 1 year full part
and labor warranty. |

Returns
and Refund Information:
For ANY exchange or return issue, please call 704-405-2800 OR e-mail
our returns department at returns@atd-inc.com
to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) before shipping
your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA
Number. Any return sent freight collect, COD or without the RMA number
written on the shipping label will be refused. Original
receipt is required for returns, exchanges and warranty repair service.
NO EXCEPTION. Request for a full credit for merchandise must be
made within 7 days from the date of invoice with the original UNOPENED
box and all packing materials originally bought. Otherwise, 20%
restocking fee will apply. All merchandises returned after 7 days
are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns or exchanges on
software due to illegal privacy agreement. Defective products are
valid to exchange for the same item only under the warranty period. |
